Guest guest
Is there anything harmful in eating plain vegetables that have been grilled without any kind of fat on a " charcoal-less " grill? I've heard about cancer causing substances being formed in high-temp cooking and was wondering if that applies to cooking veggies on a grill. Guest guest
I've been wondering about this as well. Are you talking about a Foreman type grill? Also, what are the dangers associated with regular barbeques if the stuff is not burned? > " admartin " <admartin > > > Any Harm in Grilling >Mon, 24 Jan 2005 22:49:48 -0500 > >Is there anything harmful in eating plain vegetables that have been grilled >without any kind of fat on a " charcoal-less " grill? Guest guest
Only if you char the veggies. The carcinogens are in the burnt part. , " admartin " <admartin@e...> wrote: > Is there anything harmful in eating plain vegetables that have been grilled > without any kind of fat on a " charcoal-less " grill?
