Is there anything harmful in eating plain vegetables that have been grilled

without any kind of fat on a " charcoal-less " grill? I've heard about cancer

causing substances being formed in high-temp cooking and was wondering if

that applies to cooking veggies on a grill.

I've been wondering about this as well. Are you talking about a Foreman type

grill? Also, what are the dangers associated with regular barbeques if the

stuff is not burned?

Only if you char the veggies. The carcinogens are in the burnt part.
