Chessie,

 

I've used several, but the one I'm currently using is Solaray, non-

dairy, freeze-dried Multidophilus in powder form. It has to be

refrigerated (supposedly the refrigerated kinds are more potent). I

sprinkle it in soymilk or smoothies, or in a pinch, dissolve a

little in room temperature water and drink it. I've even been known

to sprinkle it on my kid's almond butter and jam sandwich. It

doesn't taste like anything, so I don't get any complaints.

 

I get it at Dodson's. I haven't seen that kind anywhere else, but

then again I haven't looked. ;)

 

The avocado sandwich is my husband's favorite. He leaves early for

work so he has time to go get one. Lucky guy. I wish I had an

excuse to go every day. *g*
