Recipe: -Break a package of tempeh into 4-5 large chuncks and steam for 20 minutes -Using cheeze grater, shred tempeh (or just cut it up as small as possible w/knife) Mix in: -Enough veganaise to desired consistency (I never measure, sorry) -2 tablespoons of Nutritional Yeast -2 teaspoons pickle relish -very finely diced red onion (not too much) -Salt/pepper (to taste) Very easy and delicious!
