Hi,

I'm new to this group, but I buy Rapunzel Vegan Boullion cubes. They are

great, you can get with sea salt, herbs or no salt.

My son is 17 and recently became Vegan. My husband and I are not, so it has

been a real challenge for us. My son is very strict, he won't eat regular white

sugar because it is processed thru bone char. Quite a shocker for me.

How do you Vegan adults or teens deal with the real world. My son doesn't

like having anything to do with animal products. Where to work? Hanging out

with kids that are not Vegan, etc. Any suggestions?

Thanks, Amy

@msn.com>> as for veggie stock.. I would assume that you throw what ever

veggies you want into a pot of water and simmer. but this comes from someone who

can't cook it unless it was frozen or boxed. cristene

now she'll eat straight garlic! but I also put spirulina and dha(nueroman's is

the algea form.) in her formula and drinks and now she loves those. maybe I ama

bad one to give advice here, I know some spices aren't to great for young ones

but we never had any issues with them. soy we did sparingly. good luck. where

hello everyone,

i am a new mother with 9 1/2 baby girl. Both me and my husband are

vegetarians for past 15 year prior to meeting each other. We are

bringing up our child as a vegetarian as well.I need some advice on

how to feed my baby-healthy,balanced meal.currently I am giving her

blended fruits and vegetables with rice and cereal. She is already

interested in the food that we take. But I am worried since our food

has seasonings and mock meat made of soya and mushroom.I would be

grateful if someone could ease my worries.thank you
