Gayle,

 

I'm glad the nut roast turned out well for you. I think I mentioned that I was

also very pleased with my latest version of the recipe, after further tinkering.

It really gives us something to use as a centerpiece for a holiday meal. I'm

definitely going to make it again.

Hey Terry,

I made the Crown Nut Roast for Christmas dinner with tarrogon roasted

veggies, and gravy (plus a few other " traditional " dishes). It was

fabulous! Everyone raved about it. Thanx for the recipe and moderations.
