Hi everyone, the book is coming along well and now im hoping you can

help. In my nutrition section I outlined many of the areas of food

and vitamins that are important to watch out for. I would like to

include recipes that anyone has that have a good source of one or

more of the following items:

Iron

Zinc

Calcium

Protien

B12 and D

 

Hopefully recipes that are kid friendly and that they enjoy. As

always i will acknowledge you at the recipe area, i then plan to

take some of those tantalizing photos that we always see in

cookbooks and put them beside the recipe. Thank you again for all

your help.
