Guest guest
Shirley, Here's a great recipe for KALE greens and it's super easy. Wash kale and separate leaves from stems. Tear into smaller leaves. Put kale in a microwave safe casserole dish and add a few TB of water, a few Teaspoons of oil, and a few teaspoons of soy sauce. Sprinkle with garlic powder, a little onion powder, and sesame seeds if you have any. You can always add more or less of the seasonings depending on your tastes. Cover and microwave for about 3 or 4 minutes. My kids love this! andrea > > > > Digest Number 1008 >20 Nov 2004 09:30:52 -0000 > > > >There are 17 messages in this issue. > >Topics in this digest: > > 1. Adopt-a-Turkey > Lori Lugar <llugar > 2.
