Opps! I meant to say that the hydrogen peroxide converts to oxygen and water in

our bodies, not oxygen and peroxide.

I know this is totally off topic but I need some suggestions if any of you

have experienced this. My mother has been diagnosed with Hepatitis C (probably

contracted from a blood transfusion in 1974). Because of her age (76)

conventional docs will not give her the conventional treatment of interferon -

or any combo of treatment involving interferon. We went to an M.D. who is also

a Holistic doc who prescribed hydrogen peroxide IV's along with glutathione IV's

twice a week for five weeks. She explained that the hydrogen peroxide converts

to oxygen and peroxide by an enzyme found in our bodies causing the patient to

get more energy and make any nauseousness subside. The hep C viruses do not

have that enzyme so they receive the full toxicity of the hydrogen peroxide.

The glutathione is a strong antioxidant which helps detoxify the liver.

My cousin, who is a research scientist and has worked for the CDC (she found

the e-coli virus) and now works at the EPA in Chapel Hill, NC says to stay away

from this therapy, that it doesn't sound right. She has done some research on

it since finding out that my mom was going to take this therapy and says that

what she has found is not good. What she has found is through and from

conventional medicine, not alternative practices. She also says that hydrogen

peroxide causes tissue damage which makes sense since the holistic doc my mom

saw said that if taken orally it would cause tissue damage. Why would it not

cause tissue damage at the injection site also?

My question is whether any of you have any experience with Hep C and hydrogen

peroxide IV's with a glutathione chaser or if you know anything about Hep C and

treatments (conventional or alternative) for older people. Any references,

suggestions, experiences any of you may have would be greatly appreciated.

God's Peace,

Gayle
