hi chay! well- I must be honest with you on two things- first I don't really

know how to take your question. second- I have had great luck with her so

far(knock on wood!). my daycare is VERY good about her diet. I just have to

supply the soy milk and some foods. oh- she does get a multi vitamin also. the

two I found are the shaklee kids(which we LOVE! but can't afford right now) and

the one we currntly use- vegan kids multiple by veg life(neutracueticals brand).

we do meat analogs, a lot of veggies, grains, pasta, etc. I am ALWAYA looking

for new things that are more creative and healthy to make for her though. and

no- at first I thought it was impossible because I couldn't cook but it did get

easier as I got more comfortable. she eats tofu, drinks green drinks. hhmm.....

I guess since this is just our lifestyle I don't really think about it- we just

do it. did any of this answer your question? hope so.if you want to ask anything

else you can e-mail me off list maibee23<maibee23.

wow- that sounds neat. you guys sure can cook. I am at a total loss in the

kitchen but am so trying. what exactly do you do for the raw feast? I am

interested in raw but don't want to do it. it is just something I chose not to

do and don't really want to but I think it is amazing when I hear about ppl who

are all raw. are your children raw, also? I find it pretty easy to raise a

veggie child. is it that way for raw kids? c

This Thanksgiving meal will be all raw and vegan. Organic nuts, vegetables

and fruit. No soy or processed foods. The non turkey will be a blend of

nuts,

herbs and spices.
