Guest guest
Hi all, my husband recently broke his leg really badly, and we are wondering if there are any foods that we should be focusing on him getting a lot of? I figured calcium is good for bone healing, but does anyone have any other tips? Thanks! Rebecca

It is also important to get phosphorous, magnesium, boron, and Vitamin D. All of these are components of bone building. Also important is the type of calcium (and magnesium). Make sure you get them in the forms of citrate, glyconate, and/or lactate (can come from plants). Flora brand of liquid calcium-magnesium is my favorite. It's expensive, but so worth it. Vegan, and it tastes like apricot nectar. You can also use the appropriately-named herb boneset. Tinctures are yucky (at best!) but more potent and more absorbable than dried herbs in capsules, and capsules are often gelatin. There are probably other things but that's off the top of my head. Therefore individual citizens have the duty to violate domestic laws to prevent crimes against peace and humanity from occurring. " ~The Nuremberg Tribunal, 1945-1946.
