Most soy yogurts have the live active culture that

helps with those dreaded yeasties. The most important

one is L acidophilus.

 

You can also get acidophilus capsules at health food

stores, as well. SOlgar makes some that are made with

non-gelatin capsules (their vegicaps are made solely

from plant sources).
