I use the Gimme Lean or Boca " ground beef " and just

squish them into balls and saute--works pretty well

for me. Not sure what veggie crumbles you are using.

You could add some tomato paste, maybe? Also, you can

buy Nate's " Meatballs " in the frozen food section, if

you don't mind paying more.
