Guest guest
Drink lots of water (2 - 4 quarts daily) and omit dairy, sugar, deep fried foods & chocolate from your diet. That will help both the acne & the dryness. Hygiene is important, too. Not just your skin, but your hair, as well. The oils from your hair can get into your skin & cause break-outs. If you avoid these 4 foods and keep your skin & hair squeaky clean... your acne (and your health) will improve significantly. Try it just for one week and see if you notice the improvement!
