Guest guest Posted March 11, 2004 Report Share Posted March 11, 2004 I was disappointed when my acne did not clear up after cutting out dairy (notthat that was why I did it, but I thought it would be a side bonus.) It did clear up after I cut out all sugar, caffeine, and refined white flour.
