Help ,I'm a new vegetarian!

I have 3 little ones under 9 and I thought I was doing really well.

And then I have read on Soy and the health concerns with it and that

scared me. Does any one else do with little soy?

 

 

I was wondering how much is enough protein for them?

We eat mainly raw fruits and veggies till dinnertime. Some peanut

butter (but not alot, I don't want to get into all sandwiches. I

like them to eat raw) And I give them smoothies with flaxseed oil,

liquid vitamins and whey protein powder. Does this seem ok?

 

Any other ideas would be great! Thanks
