Guest guest Posted March 2, 2004 Report Share Posted March 2, 2004 A while ago, I came across a website with info. from a doctor stating that a vegan diet is recommended for people who are prone to migraines, as meats, eggs, and dairy are all major migraine triggers. He went on to say that even if you are not prone to migraines, a vegan diet is a good idea, because humans do not need meats, eggs, and dairy and they are linked with many health problems. Now that I want to send the website to a friend, I can't find it again. Does anyone know which website this might be, and could you please send me a link to it?
