Here it is: combine: 2 cups flour 1/2 cup rolled oats 1 tsp red pepper flakes 1/4 cup chopped parsley leaves from 6-8 sprigs of fresh sage leaves from 1 sprig of fresh rosemary leaves from 4-5 sprigs of fresh thyme leaves from 5-6 sprigs of fresh basil 1 tbs garlic powder 1 tbs salt fresh ground pepper to taste process in food processor or blender until herbs are in small flecks (not powdered) and set aside combine: 6 egg whites (or substitute) 1 tbs dijon mustard 1/2 cup beer process or mix well until foamy dip " chicken " (tofu strip or other chicken substitute) into batter to coat than dip into flour mixture to coat fry over medium high heat (with canola or olive oil) until browned on both sides Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
