Guest guest
We are not vegan but are dairy free as my husband has a severe dairy allergy. Even before his allergy developed we were dairy avoiders we all feel that cow's milk is an excellent source of nutrition for baby cows. Anyway, just wanted to put in my 2 cents on soy cheeses. Most contain casein and/or whey. The vegans among us probably already knew that but I felt it worth mentioning. We use the vegan products by soymage. No one in the family cares for them straight but they work well when cooked into things.
