Guest guest Posted August 26, 2003 Report Share Posted August 26, 2003 Hi all, had some computer difficulties a few weeks ago. Yup we caught " the worm " . All is better and I'm glad to be back. Now for my question. I figure tofu must be freezable since it's in pot pies and such. Is there anything special I need to do when freezing straight tofu? How about thawing? Many thanks.
