Sounds like a nice birthday! What's a birthday without loads of sugar? ;-)

That's great, especially if youe struggle to make ends meet, like I do.

That's such a hard situation. Maybe someday.... In the meantime, continue

to take care of yourself and your sons.

Cool! Good for him! How old is he? Maybe you could show him some of the

veggie kid sites.

I have some thoughts about 8th Continent, which you might want to read since

you're so cautious about what affects your sons and what they eat. I'll

post it as a separate email. So stupid that WIC only covers specific

things. I have a friend with a pantry full of - what was it, some kind of

fruit cocktail that was all full of food colorings and such - and she'll

never use it all, but she took it at the time " just in case " she got

desperate enough.

ROFL! That's hilarious! Don't you love those little misunderstandings?!

Sounds like you've done a great job educating him so he can make healthy

choices! We can all hope for as much. That, and hope that they don't rebel

as teens!! :-D
