Guest guest
The Organic Adventures of Tucker the Tomato This is a fantastic, new children's book that teaches children the differences between organic and conventional produce. Great story, colorful artwork, and a great moral. The story goes as follows: Tucker the Tomato is an organic tomato in a truck on its way to the natural food store. He gets bounced off the truck and separated from his friends. Saddened, Tucker begins a journey to discover who he is, where he comes from, and how to get back to his organic friends. Along the way he meets interesting characters who try to help or hinder him on his quest. Eventually, Tucker learns there are tomatoes that are grown with pesticides and are really mean to him. He escapes their clutches and finally finds his way to his friends. My three year old delighted in this story, giggling when cute pictures of Tucker appeared, and caring very deeply that he find his friends soon! She just loves this story. The book is suitable for children of all ages. You'll love the fact that this is a children's book with an important message. The cost for this 32-page book is just $9.95.
