Guest guest
My oldest was a typical vegetarian and as regular as the seasons. She was potty trained (or diaper un-trained as I like to call it) by 18 mos. so her regularity didn't interfere. My 17 month old is like the children you heard about she only has bms about two days a week but on those days she goes several times. She uses her potty at home and can usually make it to the potty when we're out. I should add that my children both wore cloth dipes which makes a difference since they know when they're wet (not to mention the cost difference and the environmental difference). Both girls pooped in the pooty before they made the pee-potty connection but I've heard that for chidren 2.5 and older they are so used to carrying their poops around with them in their dipes they get insecure about putting them in a potty. I think it boils down to every child being a little different.
