My name is Amy C. and I live in Chico, Ca. I have been " flexxing " for

several months with my diet. In that time I have seem my weight go

down, my energy go up and my hypoglycemia all but disappear! Now I'm

ready to go full time! Plus the added good feeling of not contributing

to a culture of exploitation is also pretty sweet. Thanks for having me!

Hi Amy! Welcome!!! You'll find a lotta great recipes in this group. I'm

sorta still a newbie myself, having only been a veggie since October 20, 2005.

I'm thinking about going flexy for the time being (until I get out on my own)

to accomodate some meal nights here at home where a meat-infused meal is

almost impossible to avoid, LOL. How was being a flexy? I quit eating meat cold

turkey - literally, LOL. (Literally 'cause my last piece of meat was a cold

piece of deli turkey lunch meat, hehe.) Anywho, welcome to the group and I hope

ya have fun here!

Love & Peace Up,
