I could probably tolerate your low sodium TVP chunk recipe, but I wonder whether I could get my husband to eat it. I make TVP chunks often. I recontitute in water and then toss in with a can of low soldium stewed tomatoes and cook up with onions, garlic, and some herbs and cover my rice with this.
