Yes, it is high in salt. Like I said, definitely not health food.

 

I could probably tolerate your low sodium TVP chunk recipe, but I wonder

whether I could get my husband to eat it. I'll have to try it and let

you know.

Isn't the sauerkraut full of sodium? I make TVP chunks often. I

recontitute in water and then toss in with a can of low soldium

stewed tomatoes and cook up with onions, garlic, and some herbs and

cover my rice with this. Never thought it had much sodium at all, I

don't add any salt. Isis
