Guest guest
This is a great recipe reconstituting TVP. You can make tacos or add to burritos or enchiladas. Top your rice with this, make a taco salad. " From Native Foods Cookbook " " Tijuana Taco Meat " 1 cup TVP bits, granules or flakes 1 cup water 1/4 cup soy sauce (I use the low sodium ) 2 Tblsn. olive oil 1 tsp. cumin powder 1 tsp. ground coriander 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. crushed red chilies (optional) Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir, remove from flame, cover, and let sit 10 minutes. " To be good, be useful; To be useful always be making something good.
