I've always baked them immediately, never let the unbaked dough it.

 

I was going to use my bread machine to make the dough and then roll it

out to make the rolls. However, if I choose to do it " by hand " aka my

kitchen aid mixer can I still use the yeast for bread machines?

 

Don't have a bread machine. Hopefully one of the other members can help you

with this part. How are you feeling?
