I use my tortill press too Jenni, it works fine.

Mike the burger press will press the water from your tofu and give it

a round flat shape, easy to bread and fry up. They are very

inexpensive to purchase. $5 or maybe $7 not sure since you are in

Canada. Go to Google and under images put in hamburger press and it

will give you a few pictures so you know what you are shopping for.

You might find a good deal online also.
