Guest guest
I must admit to trying the new orange cauliflower last week. It is smaller in size and tastes sweeter than standard cauli. It is also softer (less crisp) and the flowerettes were not as tight, so it crumbled more. Not bad, though I'll stick to getting my beta-carotene from carrots and winter squashes. (However, lest we forget, carrots weren't always orange!). http://news.nationalgeographic.com/kids/2004/08/carrots.html http://www.nysaes.cornell.edu/pubs/press/2004/040412caulif.html -Erin
