Misty Hey Misty, I had a full year of re-occuring sinus infection, FINALLY got rid of it when started flushing out the sinus's with salt water twice a day ( more when congested). 1/2 teaspoon salt per cup of water. if you can get a neti pot it will be easier but I just snorted it out of my hand, one nostril at a time, snorted hard enough so the salt water went up the nose and down the throat. (gargle if throat sore or just spit out) if I remember right I did this daily (along with prescription from dr) till medicine was gone and infection seemed to be. then once a day for a week or so AFTER and twice a day any time there was any sign of infection coming back. i'm not a dr so of course am sharing information not recommending / prescribing this treatment but this is what worked for me. sinus headaches are the absolute WORST!! hate em hate em hate em! sending BIG STRONG healing vibrations your way. peace, Angela who I am is fine, it's just this body that's disabled! middle age = that time of life when we realize yesterday's sex, drugs and rock and roll are todays memories, prescriptions and golden oldies!
