Go to the recipe files and the last folder is " vegetable combo & side dishes " in

that folder at the bottom is a vegan zucchini lasagna recipe. Ther's a good

non-vegan vegetarian version in there also.

I make zucchini bread, zucchini lasagna and also grate it and eat raw on top

of salads. I also stuff it and bake.

Hope these are a few good ideas.
