Guest guest Posted January 20, 2006 Report Share Posted January 20, 2006 I made a version of tofu salad (with mustard, soyanaise and pickles) this week for lunch and really liked it I didn't give the tofu enough drain time in the first batch so it was a little drippy, but I have the hang of it now and think that'll work out great for my portable lunches! (plus it doesn't have that stinky egg salad smell) think I'll try the chickpea " tuna " this week.
