Swedish Hasselback Potatoes - donna

i love hasselback potatoes. they are fun. when you

serve them to people they are so impressed. oh donna,

this is how i cut them....i slice just a little off

the wide side of the potato so that it sits flat, then

i place the potato between two chopsticks (one on

either side) and then just slice down...so easy.
