Please forgive me if I act like a mother hen..but...LOL be careful with

any petroleum product such as Vicks. I have read that if one inhales

the petroleum particles through the nose into the lungs it can cause a

pneumonia that is incurable. The affects of a rub like Vicks is the

heat to the area, so warm wet compresses would work better , no expense

and safer. Never put Vicks or anything like it in your nose. Also watch

your lip balms they contain petroleum . There are some wonderful bee's

wax balms that are safe.
