Guest guest
I know many out here in Calif. that pass the smog test and remove the catalitic conv. until they have to get smogged again two yeras later. I have enighbors that will go as far as switch their license plate and drive the car all day and come home and switch the plate back. Can you believe that? I love the out of staters that move here and have tags sent from another state yearly as thought they are visitors. better yet, I run a knife across my tags several times so they can't steal them from the license, if they try it will be useless bits so they move to the next car. Guest guest
Geez, where do you live in Cali? I've never heard of that. I live around Santa Cruz. What about the super crowded midwest or the east coast. What are their smog laws like? I know they are tough here, but it's for a reason. And I can't imagine that Cali is the only state with strict smog laws. Actually, I was aghast at the lack of smog laws in some states. The most recent one I visited was Florida, and their smog laws are pretty lenient, if memory serves. I don't care where you live, your car produces emissions that are not good for the environment.
