It's wonderful how you have changed your diet and your DH Opps! BH also and

can feel the difference. I've always had cow mill allergy so it's not a problem

for me to eleminate dairy. I get by with a little Parmesan cheese. Seems like

the dry hard cheese doesn't bother me but I'm very careful. I use eggs when I

cook but I never cared to eat them.
