Guest guest
Here you go Mike. This is as easy as it gets. It's a favorite of mine. Mya Cream of Celery Soup 1 1/2 cups celery, chopped 1/2 cup onion chopped 3 cups milk 1 cup water 3 tablespoons white flour salt & pepper to taste 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine (melted) Boil the cup of water and add celery and onion. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add 2 1/2 cups of the milk and stir. Whisk together butter, flour, and the remaining 1/2 cup of the milk and salt & pepper. When blended add to the celery mixture. Bring to almost a boil and simmer a few minutes while stirring until soup thickens. I like to take the potato masher and mash up the celery when the soup is done. Hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do. My fiance loves it too. Photos – Showcase holiday pictures in hardcover Photo Books. You design it and we’ll bind it!
