Guest guest
Mike- I keep a box of dried milk solids in the cupboard for soups and such. Just add however much dried milk you like to thicken up whatever milk is in the fridge. More calcium too!! without the additional fat. If your soup is still not thick enough, add some dried oatmeal or left over mash potatoes until you have the preferred consistinecy. Cornmeal or polenta works too. Guest guest
HI Mike: You can also add cauliflower to thicken up your soup. If you using fresh cauliflower steam it until soft and then puree with some of the soup. If your using frozen cauliflower defrost it and then puree with a some of the soup.
