Dvorah groups

Dvorah, it's another vegetarian group and PT (she posts in this group)

is the owner. If you don't have room for another group you can join

and set your mail settings to " no mail " and you have the advantage of

reading posts from the homepage and they have a large recipe file

also. I know the groups get so busy it's hard to keep up.
