Hi Shelly cheese recipe

Shelly, Nice having you with us.

Where did you get the pepper jack cheese recipe? I haven't had luck

with any of the cheese I tried to make from the Uncheese Cookbooks. I

did make a decent millet cheese but I have to find the recipe for the

group, I have no idea where I put it, sometimes I get a little bit

unorganized with recipes.

Hi, Isis!

 

Thanks for the welcome! For pepper jack, just stir in some dried

crushed chilies and canned diced jalapenos (to taste) right before

pouring into the loaf pan. I wouldn't suggest blendering it but I

suppose you could. I really love the Ultimate Uncheese cookbook but

I know I'm pretty much alone in that. :)
