nutritional yeast/nut cheeses

Through the process of elimination and experimentation we have found

my BH is allergic to yeasts. I do better without it also.

Reading some of the posts I have come across nut cheeses. I have

wondered...do they really make a reasonable substitute? In other

words..has anyone used them? Opinions?
