Guest guest
Please give it a try. I can't say enough good things about it. I haven't had a bad cold in a few years. I catch it right away with 30 drops of echinacea in a small glass of water a few times a day when that cold feeling begins. My Mom has fibromyalgia and she was put on Co-enzyme also known as ( CQ10 ) and her energy level has vastly improved. Read up on both of those via the internet. Guest guest
Thanks, Donna - I've taken echinacea for colds for a number of years, after it was prescribed to me when I was on holiday in Switzerland, but never thought to take it for this. I googled CQ10 and it sounds like it is being hailed as a useful supplement for a number of ailments. I'll need to see if it is available over here.
