Herbal supplements - kyrene

hi kyrene,

i just saw green tea extract (liquid form) at the

vitamin shoppe. you can get echinacea in liquid form

too. we have a vitamin shoppe store where i live, but

you can buy from them online. www.vitaminshoppe.com.

their prices are very reasonable and you can read the

ingredients list for each product on their

website....very useful, esp. when looking for

vegetarian products.

 

it's amazing how many products gelatin is in. today, i

was looking for fun candy to put in treat bags for my

son's birthday party and gelatin is lurking in all

kinds of candy. it's even in jr. mints...boo hoo hoo
