Guest guest
I've heard recently that more reports are coming out that echinacea is not the power house once thought to be. Also, it's not something that should be taken on a regular basis. I know what you mean about sickness going straight to the chest. My sister's entire family as asthmatic/brochitic and if any of them get a cold it turns into bronchitis! Oh, I'm so glad I didn't get that gene. I would suggest that you start taking the Emergen-C on a daily basis. Vitamin C has been proven to help build the immune system. There are a lot of icky things going around this year, James has come home sick three times so far this winter and this last one is creating a lot of congestion that he's having trouble getting rid of. If you like garlic, there've been some great soups posted (recently and in our files), perhaps that will get your energy back up and running. Take care of yourself and don't get run down!
