nutritional yeast Jenni and cashew cheese

I don't know RFD, what book is that? I have the Native Foods Cookbook and will

make a note to check for you.

It's not possibly in one of the two gross me out Uncheese Cookbooks is it?

I have those also.

oooh.. it's a cashew cheese... one of the restaurants make it and use

it on the pizza... I'll have to look in my other books to see what I

can find... but I don't have the RFD or Native foods books..

oh, sorry.. Real Food Daily! =)

 

it might be in the compassionate cook as well.. I'll have to look..

but I know one of those restaurants had it on the menu, which is why

I'm thinking it is in one of those books.
