Guest guest
hi kyrene, fyi...one a day brand vitamins have gelatin in them as well as all kinds of artifical fillers, colors, and preservatives. yucky stuff. if you are interested, i recommend a natural vitamin such as nature's plus ulta I or ulta II one a day (http://www.vitaminshoppe.com/store/en/browse/sku_detail.jsp?id=NT-1473) or rainbow light women's one (http://www.vitaminshoppe.com/store/en/browse/sku_detail.jsp?id=RN-7025). you should be able to find these at any health food store or whole foods or you can get them online from the vitamin shoppe. hope this is helpful susie --- Kyrene Ariadne <kyrene wrote: > I take the One a Day for women, and I've been pretty > happy with it.
