Guest guest Posted January 15, 2006 Report Share Posted January 15, 2006 Heather- I have taken extra firm tofu and cut in large squares, drain the water off and pat with paper towels. You can dip them in a Shake and Bake stype coating or make one of your own with flour, seasoning salt, poultry seasoning (don't leave this one spice out) some pepper and bake them.
