But just do part of it and save some whole kernels to add back. The part you do blend, blend the heck out of. But *real* creamed corn, does have milk. Guest guest Posted January 15, 2006 Report Share Posted January 15, 2006 I won't give up on this *mock creamed corn* thing. I will try your suggestion and " blend the heck out of it " . I can't wait for harvest season when I can buy fresh corn on the cob. I also will try adding some flax seed oil and soy milk to the mixture and see what happens.
