on a side note, I have 2 recipe's that I always pass

on to people , and I don't think i put them here

 

i made up the veggie shepperds pie 10 years ago

9shees! I'm gettin on) and people still love it - very

easy, very inexpensive, and very healthy

 

that and the rice and bean casserole helped me live

through college with dinner every night
