Soymilk separating in coffee and tea D'vorah

Hi D'vorah:

 

You can try to add some of the hot coffee slowly to the soy milk and then

once the soy milk starts to get hot you can add it to the coffee.

the best way to combat that soymilk separation is to heat your

soymilk, either on the stove top, or in a microwave , steamed,

(*whatever is your preferred method) then add the hot soymilk to

your hot coffee! =)
